I enjoy my coffee as a long black, specifically a double shot of espresso on 3/4 mug of hot water. I've tried many beans from many roasters and can't find any as good for this type of coffee as the Caramella. Admittedly taste is very subjective thing but I find that this blend is, to me at least, full bodied with a lovely crema and a dark chocolate finish.
