Description: High grown, around Bogota in Cundinamarca, on the central branch of the Andean Mountains, with a perfect microclimate, the 'Bachue' is intense and complex. This is a bean well suited to a darker roast and consumed as a single origin. This is definitely a premium bean offering great presence.
