Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped out within 48hrs. All purchasers should ensure that the delivery details supplied are true and correct. Soprano Coffee takes care to ship items to the correct address. However, Soprano Coffee will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect delivery details supplied at the time of purchase.

Orders are sent out either by fastway couriers or express post, if you have a preference please specify.

To preserve the freshness we package our coffees in coffee approved packaging with a one way valve and zip lock for freshness (qty 250grms and above) .

Refund Policy

We are unable to refund on food/perishable products. In regards to other products it is at the discretion of management.
